Return Eligibility

- Condition: To be eligible, items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in original packaging.
- Non-Returnable Items: Certain items such as perishable goods, custom-made products, or items on sale are non-returnable.
How to Initiate a Return

- Return Authorization: Once approved, we will provide a return shipping address and instructions.
- Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or sent in error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
Refund Process
- Inspection: Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved Refunds: If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
- Partial Refunds: In certain situations, partial refunds may be granted (e.g., for items not in original condition or damaged by the customer).
Exchanges
We replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.
